This Privacy Policy explains how ITAS Menu (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our Android application (com.app.itacoin) and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using ITAS Menu, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About ITAS Menu

ITAS Menu is a companion app that helps users browse mods, cheat codes, 3D models, plugins, creator content, rewards, premium features, and related downloads for Indian Theft Auto and similar game content.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

2.1 Information you provide

Google account information (if you sign in): name, email address, profile photo, and Google ID token.
Profile details you choose to add or update in the App.
Support messages if you contact us by email.

2.2 Automatically collected information

Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general device settings.
App usage data: screens viewed, buttons tapped, feature usage, session activity, and in-app events.
Install / app instance ID: used to identify your app installation for rewards, wallet, unlocks, and account linking.
Crash and performance data: error logs, crash reports, and diagnostic information.
Advertising ID: used for ads and ad measurement where permitted by your device settings.
Network information: IP address, connection type, and request timestamps when you use online features.

2.3 Purchase and reward information

In-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing.
Coin balance, unlock history, daily check-ins, spin wheel activity, referrals, and reward claims.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are handled by Google Play.

2.4 Download and file access

If you download files through the App, the App may save files to your device storage. On supported Android versions, storage permission may be requested for downloads.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide and operate the App and its features.
Load mods, models, codes, banners, creator rooms, and remote content.
Manage accounts, profiles, coins, unlocks, subscriptions, and premium access.
Show ads and rewarded ads.
Improve performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
Analyze usage and app stability.
Send notifications about app updates, rewards, or important service messages.
Respond to support requests and enforce our terms.

4. Third-Party Services

ITAS Menu uses trusted third-party services. These providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies:

Google Play Services / Google Play Billing – purchases and subscriptions.
Google Sign-In – optional account login.
Google AdMob – banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded ads.
Firebase Analytics – usage analytics.
Firebase Crashlytics – crash reporting and diagnostics.
Firebase Cloud Messaging – push notifications, if enabled.
Our servers / content APIs – app config, catalog, rewards, unlocks, creator content, and downloads.
Third-party websites or file hosts – when you open external links or download remote files.

5. Advertising

ITAS Menu displays ads through Google AdMob. Ad partners may use cookies, advertising IDs, device information, and app activity to show and measure ads.

You can limit ad personalization on Android through: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (wording may vary by device).

Premium plans or subscriptions may reduce or remove ads depending on the plan you purchase.

6. Permissions We May Request

Internet & network access – load content and connect to servers.
Storage access – save downloaded mod/model files.
Notifications – alerts for rewards, updates, or app messages.
Advertising ID – ad delivery and measurement.
Boot completed – background services or notification scheduling, if used by the App.

You can deny some permissions in device settings, but certain features may not work without them.

7. Data Sharing

We may share information only when necessary:

With service providers that help us run the App (analytics, ads, hosting, crash reporting).
With Google Play for billing and purchase validation.
When required by law, legal process, or government request.
To protect our rights, users, or the security of the App.
With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Crash logs and analytics may be retained for a limited period for troubleshooting and improvement.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

ITAS Menu is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your information.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Opt out of certain analytics or personalized ads through device settings.
Sign out of Google login and clear local app data from your device.

12. Account and Data Deletion

You can clear local app data by uninstalling the App or clearing app storage from Android settings. To request deletion of server-side account or reward data linked to your profile or install ID, contact us at sceptex.in@gmail.com.

13. International Users

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.

14. Links to Other Websites

The App may contain links to third-party websites, blogs, file hosts, or creator content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their policies before providing personal information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
